Last night’s Artists for Haiti sale in New York totaled $13.7 million — with 100% lots sold, it set a new record for a charity auction at Christie’s. The sale also resulted in 4 new world auction records for Adel Abdessemed, Glenn Ligon, Nate Lowman and Raymond Pettibon! 100% of the proceeds went to support nonprofit groups on the ground in Haiti.
